The EngineerTrack Project
The EngineerTrack project, coordinated by Bursa Technical University (Türkiye) under the code 2025-1-TR01-KA220-VET-000357828, aims to digitalize and gamify engineering internships to enhance students’ skill development and lifelong learning. Running from November 2, 2025, to November 1, 2027, with a total budget of €250,000, the project brings together partners from Italy, Serbia, Greece, Germany, and Romania. Key outcomes include the EngineerTrack App, a Competency Framework, Modular Internship Content, and a Training for Trainers Program. Each partner contributes to specific work packages covering quality assurance, dissemination, risk management, and digital transformation. The project’s impact will be amplified through publications, conferences, social media, and academia–industry collaboration, promoting innovation in vocational education and training.
